I’m a Product Strategy and Design Leader who led cross-functional teams at Amwell to create seamless and user-centered healthcare experiences. I was responsible for redesigning complex patient, admin, and provider flows across mobile and web platforms. My role encompassed conducting UX research to driving strategic product development and mentoring junior designers.
I re-architected the service selection flow, reducing friction and boosting patient satisfaction by 12%, while cutting cancellations by 18%. Leading a team of product managers, engineers, and vendors, I used our design system to streamline components and create flexible, modular solutions for all users.
My leadership style is all about collaboration, organization and empowering my team to take ownership and innovate. I thrive on keeping everyone aligned through clear visual artifacts—whether it’s Miro boards, Notion pages, Jira tickets, or meeting notes—ensuring systems that work seamlessly for both the team as a whole and the individuals within it.
